Blood on Branstad’s Hands?

Seven babies have been killed illegally in Iowa since our last legislative session when the House Republicans were convinced to compromise on the Health and Human Services budget and vote for continued taxpayer funded abortions for “the exceptions” of rape, incest, and life of the mother.
