Conservative Leaders Want Huckabee for VP

This article quotes several evangelical leaders I respect like Donald Wildmon, David Lane, and Mat Staver — who are guys that actually try to fight the establishment in primaries. All of them are calling for Mitt Romney to name his former presidential rival, Mike Huckabee, as his running mate. However, what isn’t mentioned in the article is whether or not Huckabee’s new mega radio deal with Cumulus to take on Rush Limbaugh would allow him to depart so soon after launching in mid-April.

Tea Party Reasserts Itself

Some pundits have pronounced the death of the Tea Party with Mitt Romney’s likely nomination looming. However, with Rick Perry and Michele Bachmann’s campaigns flaming out, the Tea Party was left without an obvious champion to coalesce behind in the presidential race. Rick Santorum had voted for too much big government, Newt Gingrich had defied the Tea Party on TARP and Dede Scozzafava, and Romney obviously isn’t trustworthy to hold the line on anything. As a result, the Tea Party has been focusing its efforts on state races to make more of an impact, and it’s impact was felt this week.

Obama Fully Evolves on Marriage

Yesterday Barack Obama made American history, of the tragic kind, becoming the first president to openly admit he is willing to destroy marriage. Why did he do it, and why did he do it the day after a statement win for marriage in North Carolina, a state he won in 2008 and where the Democrats are holding their convention this summer? This article seeks to answer those questions.

    I don’t know about any of you, but my heterosexual marriage is the exact same amount of awesome that it was yesterday and all the days before. I love my wife, she loves me, and that’s pretty much the only thing that matters when it comes to marriage.

    But unlike you, I’m a real Iowan, and therefore don’t feel the need to be all up in other people’s business, especially when it comes to saying what they can’t do. I’ll never understand why you and so many others feel so persecuted in this country when nothing is being taken away from you.

    You’re not a victim … just a bully with a pulpit. I feel sorry for you.

      So thousands of years marriage is defined between a man and a woman now suddenly in the span of 20 years a relatively tiny minority of sexually befuddle people engaging in an unhealthy and high risk sexual behavior and want to redefine the very nature and definition of marriage without being required to produce facts, logic or proof why this long-standing definition should be redefined, this is but one symptom out of many of a much greater societal ill and a disturbing sign we are being corrupted from within when you privatize ethics with no moral absolutes or standards is it any wonder we see diminished personal responsibility and such levels of corruption in business and government.

      Homosexual activists have been working to a blueprint of psychological and emotional manipulation outlined in the book called “After the Ball” by Marshall Kirk it outlines a three-step plan consisting of “desensitization,” “jamming,” and “conversion”and it’s working extremely well on people especially if they don’t know they’re being brainwashed with propaganda, read the book and once you understand how it works and the extent of the deception any reasonable person will resent being manipulated. Another tactic they use is to portray themselves as victims this is a key element because they rely on people’s goodness to attack those who disagree or refused to affirm their lifestyle then you are a homophobe, a gay basher and a bigot! They will not argue with reason and logic but hurl invective and shout down those who disagree especially those that disagree based on religious principles of right and wrong understanding that it is a sin and a snare that will lead to their destruction body and spirit. It could be argued that the enablers of the homosexual agenda is likened to a person giving a bottle of whiskey and car keys to an alcoholic, if you really cared about a person you would not enable their own destruction let alone an institution that has already received a mortal blow from no-fault divorce laws. It takes more moral fortitude and courage to say no because it involves a value judgment and people unfortunately have been led to believe that is a bad thing when it’s quite the opposite.

      First it was tolerance which evolved into forced acceptance, apply this force requirement to any other area in our lives and people would not stand for it. They use government and activist courts to force affirmation but whenever the people are given the opportunity to vote they invariably say NO to the homosexual agenda because good and caring people understand that this is wrong for the individual and society as a whole and I believe the pendulum has swung about as far as it’s going to because the more people find out the truth of what’s being done the more resolve they will have to put an end to it.

      It’s got nothing to do with being a victim. There is a reason God says it wrong to have sex with the same gender. It’s a feeling,an urge…how do you get a RIGHT out of an urge. Where does it stop? Can I marry my sister,my dog or can I have 3 wives? What is your standard?
      If it feels good….DO IT? I know what my standard is and where it comes from…do you?

      Did not hurt anybody. Just wait, it,s coming to a TV near you. Just explain this to your kids.

      I feel sorry for people that do not know the truth, or do not have the guts to stand for anything, but fall for everything.
