    Yes, we can, Mr Perry?  Are you going to sue President Obama for copyright infringement (Laughter from the audience).

    Actually you didn’t come up with this catch phrase either did you Mr Perry. Si Se Puede is the motto of the United Farm Workers.  You’re a fan of Cesar Chavez Mr Perry?
