Concerning hour 3, the whole letter begins with a completely false idea:  Christians haven’t evacuated the public schools.  The majority of Christians still send their children into the government schools…so from the time this pastor was in school and now, if that salt and light is what is needed to make things better, why then are things SOOOO much worse?  I am weary of this salt and light argument for a few reasons:  first what you dealt with in the show about our children not being missionaries when they themselves are still in need of discipleship but also because we have (by the numbers) a WHOLE lot of “potential” salt and light.  If the Christian kids in these schools truly were being salt and light and evangelizing (rather than being indoctrinated), there WOULD be daily reports of “altercations” between them and the evil of the anti-Christ system. Our kids are there, but they aren’t prepared to take the stand necessary.  In their defense,.how can we expect them to do what seasoned adult pastors and politicians aren’t doing:  taking a principled stand for righteousness without compromise or surrender to the enemy?
